What does your branding package include?

Each branding project is custom scoped, but most include a logo suite (primary, secondary, and icon), colour palette, typography system, mini brand guidelines, and a toolkit of assets like menus, social templates or signage starters. It’s more than just a logo. It’s the full identity system that sets the tone for how your brand shows up in the real world.

How long does a branding or design project usually take?

For most branding projects, the timeline is around 3 to 5 weeks depending on how many moving parts there are and how quickly we get feedback. Web design and more complex packaging or mural jobs can take longer. If you have a tight deadline, we can always chat about fast-tracking or phased delivery..

Do you only work with hospitality venues?

No. But we do a lot of work in hospitality because that’s where we started and what we understand best. We’ve worked with everything from cafes and bars to eCommerce brands, lifestyle labels and entertainment venues. If your project feels aligned with what we do, we’re into it.

How do I know which design package is right for my business?

We’ve built our packages to suit businesses at different stages. If you’re just starting out and need a solid foundation, our Starter branding or website packages are a great place to begin. If you're rebranding, scaling or want to hit multiple touch points like murals, merch or a full campaign — we’ll recommend a more comprehensive package. Do you offer website design as well?

Yes! We design and build websites using Squarespace or any other platform you may want, depending on what your business needs. Our websites are clean, mobile-friendly, and designed to reflect your brand, not just fill a template. They’re built with basic SEO in mind so you’re not invisible online.

Can I start small and add more later?

Definitely. Some clients start with a logo and come back for menus, signage, merch or a website once the brand’s up and running. We make it easy to build things out in phases without having to reinvent the wheel later on.

What do you need from me before we get started?

Once we lock in the project, we’ll send through a simple onboarding form and request anything useful, Like photos, old brand assets, venue images, product details, or Pinterest boards. You don’t need everything perfect just whatever helps us get a clear picture of what you’re trying to do.
